As you all know, I'm one with SERIOUS skin's problem. From Pimples to Blemishes, to now Acne to having Acne scars, can say my face is damn Cui ~ Hahaha ..
And when walking down the street, I can see random strangers' face, if not better, or skin condition more worse than me. Sometimes I wonder, " Did they do something about it, or like me, tried EVERYTHING and yet nothing works on them ? " Hmmz ..
I can say I tried EVERYTHING. From Pimple cream (Oxy Cover), to Facial (Ucara) and to Doctors exterior prescription Gel (Differine), nothing works. Pimples and Acne still comes out to party on my face. FML.
Until I discovered Avene.
Once, my friend, Ting Ting, recommended them to me. She told me that the brand is specially for Super or typical Sensitive skins. Being skeptical and frugal, I just passed them off as " High End Materials " as the products are quite expensive (More than $15 per product) and purchase those cheaper face wash such as "Acne" The Brand.
BIG MISTAKE.
Because my face is super sensitive, "Acne" is actually quite strong on my face (despite stated it's mild) and soon, more acnes started to come out and my face condition worsen. Thus, have to stop using it.
Then, it's that time of the month again to stock up on beauty products. I went to Watson and purchase facewashes I know is "Light" on my face and this time, Avene's promoter approach me and recommended their Moisturizer to me. I've decided to give it a try and to my amazed, it actually moisturize and calm my skin down by a lot !! Hence. I've decided to recommend to you guys (who are reading) so that you may give it a try.
*Mind you, it ain't cheap.
First off ..
Avene's Thermal Spring Water
I found this DAMN USEFUL. It not only can be used as a Toner, it can also calm your face down from redness if your face is flushing red from Exercise, or just pure heaty after a hot and long walk. Of couse, you have to wash your face first before spraying it to really see the effect.
Price : SGD$ 20 ++ (Don't Remember. Hahah ..)
Direction : After washing your face, dry your face with a clean towel before spraying the Thermal water all over it. Once done, pat your face for a while to let the skin absorb the water.

As this is not a elixir to your face problem, results may vary depending on oneself. If irritations and break-outs occured, PLEASE STOP USING. You are not suitable for it and don't keep using 'cause it's expensive. You can pass it to someone else who are suited for it.

So far I'm using this method of face-washing and nothing has happened so I can recommend you this method. JUST FOR YOUR INFORMATION. You can choose not to use it.
Step 1 : Find a suitable face wash and stick to it !!
Products that says your face will feel fresh and cool, tend to be hard on your sensitive skin. Sensitive skins can't take harsh condition now, and any wrong application, can make the situation worse.
So choose 1 that cleanse your face and don't have other side effects (i.e : Tightening of face = Your face is suffering. You really should stop using it)
Step 2 : Dry your face with a clean towel and Apply Toner.
Many people tend to overlook the Toner part. It's quite important as the right Toner not only calms your face, it also control the oil secretion of your face. Plus, it act as a base for applying moisturizer.
Do note, do not apply too much Toner. Too much of it, will also dry your skin and make your face worse. Just a light cover over your face will do.
Step 3 : Applying of Moisturizer.
This step is deemed SUPER IMPORTANT. After washing your face, your skin will tend to feel dried out as the loss of water has occurred. Hence, replenishing of moisture on your face is needed to prevent your face from drying and Drying can cause the face to produce more oil, thus producing pimples and oily skins.
Do note that applying a thin layer will do, as applying a huge amount will make your face oily/sticky and you will feel uncomfortable.
Side note : If you happened to have pimples the day before, I suggest you to apply Oxy cover. It works effectively and and dried the pimples by the next day or 3. But, do not apply it across your face as this products is also considered to be too strong for Sensitive skin and tend to dry the moisture in your face up.

Above is the method I used if my skin started to show signs of break-outs. But guys, I suggest at night, just used Toner and then that's it, Unless your face is dry then you need to apply moisturizer. Your skins still needs to breath.
Despite the method introduce, it's best to still sleep early and watch what you eat. Too much deep fried and oily food + countless late nights will caused a toil on your skin + body and thus Acne is formed.

Been told to update my blog but since there's nothing much to update about, hence I didn't. However, few things has passed since the last post :
1) Ah Neo has fly to Japan le, in the First week Of October. (1 month has passed, times flies isn't it ?? Take care there !!)
2) Accompany him take IPPT before he fly. (Passed .. WEE ~)
3) Found a job and has been working there for 5 months liao. (Achievement, since I don't like office job so much.)
4) Turned 22 years old this year. (Almost did make it, Thanks to someone.)

Anyway speaking of Birthday, as mentioned in the header, this is my worst B'day ever. Why ?
Case 1 :
My B'day was on 21st, so my army friend, GF, messaged me on the 20th, telling me to go eat Crystal Jade's Steamboat. I was thinking " Wah, so good arh, celebrate my b'day? ". Then the next message was to tell me go book a table and call people to come eat. Then I was like " Ok lar, not celebrating. I think too much 'cause I have to plan. " So NEVER MIND., and i went ahead with the calling people. I procrastinated till the next day then called Crystal Jade. No more slots. So i told him " No rush mah, go eat Steamboat nia ". He then tell me " Huh ? But we going to celebrate your B'day lei. " WAH PIANG, MY FIRE COME LIAO.
" MY B'DAY YOU WANT ME TO PLAN ?! ARE YOU SERIOUS ?! People's b'day or random outing I planned never mind. BUT THIS IS MY B'DAY LEI !! YOU WANT ME TO PLAN AS WELL ? "
Then he apologized, realising I make sense and that he is in the wrong. He afford to make it up to me and treat me but let him make until no mood le, So i ji tao tell him I no mood to go out, since no Sincerity there le.
Case 2 :
It's 21st, the actual day. Many wishes on my Facebook's wall. Appreciated the effort. Then another army friend, Alvin, came to wish me and ask me if I've any plans later on tonight. Recap : He is one of those I called for Steamboat but later on due to no slot, I messaged him and the rest, telling them no more outing. So when he ask me, I thought he didn't received my message. He say he did but because it's my b'day, so must go out. So I told him " Aiya, no people got the heart to plan for me, still ask me plan. Forget it lar. Stay at home, save $$. " Guess what he say ?
"Aiya, you go plan lar !! You go call the people and stuff. Go out mah, your B'day. "
I told him da same old thing " MY B'DAY YOU WANT ME TO PLAN ?! ARE YOU SERIOUS ?! People's b'day or random outing I plan never mind. BUT THIS IS MY B'DAY LEI !! YOU WANT ME TO PLAN AS WELL ? "
He then replied, " No mah, your b'day. Can call the people you wanna see .. Blah blah blah .. " But, I STILL HAS TO PLAN. No Sincerity there. Then he has to rush for lesson, so tell me got go out, message him and he went offline.
No go out so no SMS, right ? When he online later in the afternoon, he start off with " Wah, serious no go out arh ?? " I have to repeat the whole " MY B'day I have to plan, WTF " Speech again. And he repeat the same " You go plan lar, your B'day mah " Speech again. Then after a while, I have to off work so I went home, discontinue the conversation.
At 8p.m later, he MSN-ed me again with " Wah, Serious Serious never go out arh ?? " WTF TTM CAN !! Come pour salt into my wound 2 times not enough, still pour 3rd time. Then we repeat the whole " My B'day I have to plan. " " Never mind la, you plan" thing.
To be fair to him, he offered to go out for supper but 'cause it's late and I have work the next day, i decline his offer. AT LEAST HE PLAN TO DO SOMETHING FOR ME.
Case 3 :
I've got 2 clinques in ITE. Refer to my 1st post, which was 1 big clinque which after our 2nd year, things turned ugly and they spilt 4-4 (excluding me). So going to the 1 of these groups, consisting of Victor, Xue Yu, Serene & Bernard.
So the 3 of them plus Yi hui (another ITE friends which later I knew de), plan to go out to celebrate my B'day. My B'day falls on the week where SP is da only Poly that just started school. So since they have no time, they requested to go out on Weekend. I don't want 'cause Saturday THEY EVERYTIME NOT FREE and due to work on Monday, I WON'T want to go out de. Since 21st is a weekday, so they wanna go out on Sunday, 18th.
On 17th, Saturday, he asked me can push to next week. I asked why and he replied " Don't know, not my arrangement. Talk tonite" YOU WILL ANGRY OR NOT ?! So you telling me this reason then can shift all the blame lar ? NEVER MIND.
So when tonite we chat and he told me that Yi Hui needs to study for her re-test, which is the next day. So I say " Ok lar, Bo bian. School mah. But can don't go out on Sunday ? Cause I've got work the next day. Go out on weekday lar." He told me very hard to arrange meet-up. I don't understand, if Ting Ting they all can (despite their busy schdule), why you all canot ? You study de Poly at where de ? UK Arh ? WTF man .. So never mind, we closer to date then discussed.
Then on Monday or Tuesday (I think), he provoke me 1 last time. I lash out at him. Can't Tahan 'cause suddenly Serene can't make it on Friday. I don't know why. Then a bit Du lanz already. VICTOR, of no good reason come provoke me.
" When Serene's Bday, I (Jeremy), offer to plan. I haven't even got the chance to do anything, you already settle on where to eat, call who blah blah for her liao. Initially I thought "Ok, I no need to do anything ". Then why now is my turn, you like anyhow anyhow plan de ? So you telling me that despite all the things, all the help, all the advice I give you, I can't be compared to da person who you respect ?? And she wasn't there when you needed help EVERYTIME. I'M ALWAYS THE ONE YOU TURNED TO. So, you telling me, I'm only ALIVE when you need help and when you don't, I DON'T EXIST LAR ?? "
Fuck lor !! He explain that very hard to plan and also we the closest since ITE, so he didn't treat me like a Hi-Bye friend. BUT ACTIONS SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS. The way you behave tells me otherwise. And I didn't tell him this 'cause later I ponder, I was thinking " Since Serene's B'day you can plan before her B'day, why must mine be AFTER MY actual ?? " Why are you telling me now ?
I'm not trying to be calculative here. I already don't mind of a lot of shits you guys gave me and also help you all plan ALL YOUR OUTINGS, and this is how you all repay me , on my B'day somemore ? To Either anyhow plan mine, or worse, ASK ME PLAN MY OWN. Seriously lar, since you guys take me for granted, I shall treat you as those Hi-Bye friends. No problem de.
